The European MMA fraternity is often a close one when rivalry isn’t involved.
Russia’s Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor of Ireland will finally fight next month at UFC 229, and there is no love lost between those two.
Poland’s Joanna Jedrzejczyk is a former Cage Warriors alumnus along with McGregor, and the duo have a budding friendship.
That is one ferocious female fighter.
Lethal with every limb, and from every angle.
A truly amazing fighter.

So when a Russian interviewer (via MMAJunkie) at UFC Moscow on Saturday tried to get Joanna to say something negative about ‚ÄėThe Notorious‚Äô one, she wasn‚Äôt having it.
The former strawweight champion refused to give her prediction of UFC 229’s main event out of respect for both of the fighters involved.
The interviewer then asked what she thought of McGregor‚Äôs ‚Äėbehaviour‚Äô, likely in reference to the bus attack in April.
‚ÄúYou want to insult Conor McGregor here?‚ÄĚ, she responded. ‚ÄúYou want to insult him? Then come here.‚ÄĚ
He is invited to make his feelings about the Irishman known in front of the camera. They go back-and-forth about McGregor‚Äôs merits, before Joanna brushes off an example of a ‚Äústupid question‚ÄĚ.
McGregor hopes to capture the lightweight championship for a second time, while Jedrzejczyk is being linked with a move to flyweight in order to face de facto division number one, Valentina Shevchenko.
